Stephen went over and above what I would expect a real estate agent to do. He was always on time and extremely flexible with his schedule. He also offered numerous suggestions when it came time to negotiate! One of the most memorable actions that took place during the inspection of the house we bought, was during a torrential down pour. The street gutter was completely full of leaves and was not draining the water properly. This caused the enormous amount of rain skip over the street gutter and drain into the owners driveway and flood the driveway and yard. Stephen went outside in the pouring rain (work attire and all) and removed the clogs in the street gutters on both sides of the street with his bare hands, which allowed the street gutters to work properly and lessen the impact of the water going into the owners driveway and yard. The reason I bring this up is because I was extremely impressed with his desire to not only help me out (his client), but also help the home owner out.
